COVID-19 Response: Enclara Releases Educational Resources for Respiratory Symptoms and Palliative Care

Many hospices are working to determine how best to help both existing patients who contract COVID-19 as well as new patients discharged to hospice with the virus. Additionally, the flu continues to spread and seasonal allergies may exacerbate conditions like asthma and COPD. To help hospices respond, Enclara Pharmacia’s clinicians have assembled a variety of resources, primarily around respiratory symptoms. These include a toolkit of clinician and patient handouts, free webinars and a selection of relevant case studies from our Palliative Pearls archive.

COVID-19 Respiratory Toolkit

Get Your Toolkit Today!

Enclara’s Respiratory Resources Toolkit includes new and archival fact sheets on palliative care for respiratory symptoms and pain management. There are even patient/caregiver materials which may be especially helpful for patients served through telehealth. These materials are usually exclusive to Enclara clients but Enclara has made them available to all as a service to the hospice community.

Educational Webinars

Enclara has also opened up several client-only recorded webinars to the general public as well. These include a brand new webinar, Seasonal Viral Illness Symptom Management, programs on Dyspnea and COPD, as well as some general hospice pharmacology programs.
